& Co designs and manufactures storaging systems which are provided
with looseners (silo fluidizers)
that promote the complete discharge of non-free-flowing materials.
Also important, in this regard, is the role performed by the bin discharger
whose permanent vibration prevents the product from stagnate. Avoids
the product´s stagnation.
Our tanks and bins are widely employed for storaging any kind of dry
material, such as: polyethylene, polypropylene, polycarbonate, polyvinyl
cloride, and polystyrene.We also manufacture conveying systmes which transport
products either pneumatically
or by means of air. In case a mechanical conveyor is needed. Prillwitz
provides it with horizontal
chain conveyors.
We also manufacture the equipment needed at the end of the production
line, namely, when the final product needs to be packed. To cope with
task, Prillwitz has design a pneumatic
bagging machine intended to fullfil big sacks at high through rates.
Furthermore, in any process that generates dust the
emission of the later to the environment is critical.
As such, several companies in the plastic industry employ
our air
aspiration and filtration system. In this regard,
our collecting hoppers, sleeve-filters
and low pressure fans meet the highest quality standards.
