Equipment for the
animal feeding industry
With more than 70 years manufacturing machines and accessories
for the processing of wheat and maize, Prillwitz &
Co supplies most the equipment employed in the animal
feeding industry.
For storaging flour and fodders, Prillwitz & Co
provides a wide range of silos, such as disassembled
silos and flexible
silos (made of Trevira fabric). For air filtration
and dust control, we manufacture dust collecting hoppers.
We also manufacture special
equipment for sifting and milling
dry products. For milling fodders, we recommend
using the SIGMA
Hammer mill because its design implies an
impact zone, and a receptacle that receives hard products,
thus avoiding the screen deterioration and, consencuently,
preserving the machine.
For mixing flours, additives, and any kind of dry substances,
the HIT
Higher speed mixer, ) is recommended, because
rotor with two double thread spiral worms reduces the
mixing time to a few minutes, while preserving homogeneiztion´s
quality.
For bagging floury products, Prillwitz supplies the
BNP
Bagging machine and the EBA Bag filling unit.
